Below are the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and Madhwamarriage.com, the Matrimonial Services Provider.
Membership
You must be a private individual seeking a genuine monogamous relationship. You must be over the age of 18 and seeking a person over the age of 18. You must also be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of the country you reside in. By using this site you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You will be asked to confirm that you meet these criteria for eligibility. If there is evidence that you have given false information, Madhwamarriage.com may terminate this agreement. You agree to receive emails from Madhwamarriage.com.
Extent of Agreement
These terms and conditions will operate while you use the site and are a member thereof. The terms hereof contain the entire agreement between you and Madhwamarriage.com. You may terminate your membership at any time for any reason by writing to Madhwamarriage.com at customersupport@madhwamarriage.com. Madhwamarriage.com may terminate your access to the site and/or your membership for any reason, or without giving a reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to Madhwamarriage.com. If Madhwamarriage.com terminates your membership because you have breached this agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund or any unused subscription fees. Even after this agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect including sections 4,5,6,7,8 and 9 hereof. If a term hereof is held to be of no effect, the other terms will continue to operate in effect.
Private only use by Members
The Madhwamarriage.com Site is for the personal use of individual members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial/business undertaking. This includes providing links to other websites, whether competitive to Madhwamarriage.com or otherwise. Organizations, companies and/or businesses are not eligible to become members of Madhwamarriage.com and should not use the Madhwamarriage.com site or service for any reasons whatsoever.
Use of the Site by Members
You may not advertise to or solicit other members to buy or sell any products or services through Madhwamarriage.com. You must not send any chain letters or junk mail to other Madhwamarriage.com members. Madhwamarriage.com reserves the right to restrict the number of communications / profile contacts & responses / emails which a member may sell to another member in any 24-hour period to a number which Madhwamarriage.com deems appropriate. You may not use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE’s CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with Madhwamarriage.com and / or its members.
Proprietary Rights & Copyright
Madhwamarriage.com owns proprietary rights in the Madhwamarriage.com website and the Madhwamarriage.com Service. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you may not copy, publish, transmit, distribute display or perform any such information. Members must not use material subject to copyright without the prior written permission of the owner of the copyright.
Material provided on the Madhwamarriage.com site and Privacy and Data Protection Policy
KSB MATRIMONIAL SERVICES, No.11, 9th Cross Street, Indra Nagar, Chennai – 600020, Tamil Nadu, South India, who will collect the details of members supplied to it, provide the services provided by this agreement. Members should contact their Internet service provider for details of the cost of calls and/or sending messages.
Madhwamarriage.com reserves the right to refuse, delete or edit any content whatsoever which members may submit.
Members are solely responsible for the content of material published or displayed on the Madhwamarriage.com site or sent to other Madhwamarriage.com members. They are reminded that they are putting personal information in the public domain. Members have the right to correct inaccurate data or modify personal profiles and preferences. Madhwamarriage.com may require any member to verify the authenticity or material posted. Trademarked material is not allowed unless the owner of such material has consented. By posting material on the Madhwamarriage.com site members represent and warrant that they have the right to use and / or copy such material.
The following material is not allowed on the Madhwamarriage.com site:
- Anything that is not true or is misleading; or is libellous;
- Any material that it distasteful, sexually explicit or pornographic
- Anything that constitutes harassment or a pestering of anyone;
- Anything that is abusive, offensive, threatening, exploitative or any person or group, or promotes something illegal, or not in accordance with any law applicable;
- Anything, which requires a password for access or "hidden: material, which has restricted access. Especially member profile any telephone numbers, home addresses (other than a general reference to the part of the country in which a person lives), or email addresses. Members’ images may be password protected as an option.
- Madhwamarriage.com is committed to safeguarding personal date provided by members. This information is not disclosed to other members. Members have the right [see tick box provided] to refuse to have any of their details passed on to other organizations for commercial use and/or for members to receive any other commercial information/offers etc. Otherwise, Madhwamarriage.com may use the information supplied by members to send the information to other organizations. Only members’ names and addresses will be so used.
Member Disputes and Disputes involving Madhwamarriage.com
Any disputes, which may arise between members, must be dealt with and/or resolved by members. The laws of within Chennai Jurisdition will decide any disputes concerning Madhwamarriage.com, or concerning the terms hereof.
Disclaimer & Indemnity
Madhwamarriage.com is not responsible for the content of any material or message or reply posted on the Madhwamarriage.com site by any members thereof or caused to appear there by anyone or howsoever. Madhwamarriage.com is not responsible for any delay in or failure of loss or destruction of or defect in or malfunctions or error of any transmission, systems, network equipment or line or content howsoever caused. Each member of Madhwamarriage.com assumes complete liability for such content and for any claims made against as a result thereof. Madhwamarriage.com concerning any material or content provided by its service and/or under this agreement makes no warranties of any kind. The author of such content agrees to be responsible for, and hold Madhwamarriage.com (any its officers, employees and agents) harmless from all costs, expenses (including reasonable solicitors and other legal fees), liabilities and damages resulting from or caused by any such aforesaid content and/or use of Madhwamarriage.com and its service.
Limitation of Liability
Madhwamarriage.com excludes any liability (unless prevented from doing so by law) to you or any member, or to anyone howsoever caused for any loss of damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising out of the use of the service provided by Madhwamarriage.com.
Minimum Charge
Madhwamarriage.com will charge a non-refundable minimum amount of Rs.500/- to cover administration costs. The minimum joining period is 3 months.
Refunds
Madhwamarriage.com does not give refunds. No refund for any used or unused time.
